Bike Sale Details for 2015

Why?
1st Kanata Scout Group hosts the Annual Bike Exchange each April to provide a valuable service to the greater Ottawa community as well as raise funds to support the Scouting Program in Kanata.  Families are welcome to shop for bikes of all sizes and colours.  If you have an unused bicycle, please bring it in for a possible exchange for a new one!

All shoppers for used bicycles and outdoor gear are certainly welcome on the Saturday morning.  We expect to have over 400 bikes available to be sold this year!

Again this year we are branching out to include canoes, kayaks and outdoor gear!  In general, large items in good condition will be considered.

$1 per item brought in for sale is collected. If your item sells, 20% of your sale price stays with the 1st Kanata Scouts.

Each year we obtain extra bikes through the winter, repair and have held them in storage courtesy of Kanata Research Park.

To move all the bikes, Hertz has kindly donated transportation services with a large truck.
